Process that changes when the team does
The team has worked in several ways over the years, from Scrum to Kanban to project-based delivery, and I've introduced and iterated on team process many times, most recently in the move to AI-driven workflows. I've set up and documented most of the Secure Development Policy and coding guidelines, and introduced KPIs built on a shared definition of done, such as cycle time and delivery time.
- One set of guidelines that both engineers and AI tools read, so LLM-generated code met the same requirements.
